§ 11-50. Definition.

"Fireworks", for the purpose of this article, shall be held to mean any sparkler, rocket, firecracker, Roman candle, torpedo or any other substance in whatever combination used to obtain a visible or audible pyrotechnic display and shall include all articles or substances within the commonly accepted meaning of the word "fireworks".

"Possession", for the purpose of this article, shall be held to mean the actual care, custody, control or management.
