The enforcement of this article shall be regulated in accordance with the Texas Department
of Health, Bureau of Food and Drug Safety, Retail Foods Division "Texas Food Establishment
Rules 25 TAC" 229.161—229.171, 229.173—229.175, The Texas Food, Drug and Cosmetic
Act" (V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code Ch. 431), and "Texas Sanitation and Health
Protection Law" (V.T.C.A., Texas Health and Safety Code Ch. 341), a copy of which
shall be on file in the office of the city secretary.
