§ 23-7. Use of bicycles, scooters and similar devices on sidewalks within certain areas of the city prohibited.

No person shall knowingly ride a bicycle, toy vehicle, scooter or any type of coaster on any sidewalk within the following areas of the city:
(1)

The central business district.

(2)

Lot 1A, Block 1, Grapevine City Hall Addition (City Hall).

(3)

Lot 1, Block 1, Palace Theatre Addition (Palace Arts Center).

(4)

Lots 4 and 5, North ½ of Lot 3, and Public Square, Block 20 (One Liberty Park Plaza).
