§ 23-64. Authorization to designate spaces.

The director of public works and persons who own or control property used for parking are hereby authorized to designate one or more parking spaces, parking area, or parking areas for the exclusive use of vehicles transporting temporarily or permanently disabled persons as those terms are defined in V.T.C.A., Transportation Code §§ 502.253, 681.001 et seq. and pursuant to said statute.
