§ 23-98. Disposition of gambling paraphernalia, prohibited weapons, criminal instruments, chemical dispensing devices and other contraband.

The city shall dispose of gambling paraphernalia, prohibited or other weapons, criminal instruments, chemical dispensing devices and other contraband in accordance with Vernon's Ann. C.C.P. arts. 18.18, 18.181, 18.19, as amended.
